Build overall strength and tone with this full-body conditioning class that combines strength and endurance exercises.
Core conditioning and stretching will be included at the end of the workout for additional benefits.
This class is designed for all levels and it utilizes hand held weights and a mat. Don’t forget your water bottle!
Lori has worked in the fitness industry for over two decades, working as a certified Fitness Instructor, Personal Trainer, and Fitness Centre Director. She is passionate about helping people regain their confidence through fitness, and to fall in love with the positive effects of exercise. Lori holds a degree in Human Resources, a diploma in Fitness Management and many various specialty certifications in fitness. She lives in the Beaches area and invites you to say hello if you see her on the street!
